On receipt of the completed and signed Booking Form (which must be accompanied by the deposit), we will confirm your booking in writing. The balance will be required one month prior to arrival. This cannot be refunded unless we are able to re-let the property. Holiday insurance is advisable to cover this risk.

The booking is not transferable to other parties, unless by request.

No liability can be accepted by us for any loss or damage to visitors’ property, or any accident or illness suffered by visitors.

Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Visitors are requested to vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of departure and to leave the property clean and tidy.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets within the building.

The house and garden/balcony are non-smoking areas.
